What a great company to turn our nighmare to amazing solution by 5 Star Emergency team, that we thought it is going to cost us arms and legs to get our basement back to normal.  We got back from our vacation to nightmare, where our basement was flooded.  We were panicking and not knowing what to do? Our daughter found 5 Star Cleaning on line, where they had great reviews and online reputation on water damage services,  From the moment we called 5 Star Cleaning to having his crew on site was about an hour.   They were very professional, ready, prepared to work and very pleasant customer services in emergency situation we had.  Danial explained all the details of what is going to be done and what to expect next 4 days while their equipment’s are working to dry the area.  They were available 24/7 to respond to our concern and any question we had.  We were very happy with their amazing customer services, the cost , their ongoing communication,  and we happily recommend them to other in the same emergency situation,

Our newly bought home was just renovated. You can imagine how dirty it was. The 5 Star company did a wonderful job in cleaning and disinfecting our 3-bedroom house, plus the stairs and hallways, and basement, for such a good price. Our house became so sparkling clean and fresh, like a brand new home. We are very happy with their efficient and professional job and very reasonable price. Bob and his helper were very kind and considerate, and gentle toward our belongings. They were able to accommodate us in their busy schedules. In the future, we are going to use their service again. Our basement was flooded very badly, which damaged our carpets and belongings. It was late evening when we found out. 5 Star was very quick to respond within half an hour. They were so professional and fast in taking control of the water and drying out the basement. They left a few fans and explained the details. That gave us peace of mind about what to expect for the next few days, as fans are there. We were so happy with the price and their professional job. We had to call the company a couple of times to ask questions, and they were so kind and patient in helping us. Our basement was back to normal sooner than we expected. 5 Star carpet cleaning did a great job in stretching our carpets that we almost lost hope were going to get rid of them, and we were tripping over them so often. They did a wonderful job, very professional that like a brand new carpet installed. We had lots of stains from our kids and pets, with their accidents on the carpets as well. Sounds familiar!! So they removed all the stains and steam cleaned them. We even got the free disinfecting and deodorizing (their special for spring). Our home became very clean and fresh for a very reasonable price, and a professional job. We are going to use their services regularly as needed. Our family is very happy with their professional job and recommends them to others. You will be glad you did it.

We were very happy with the results from 5 Star. The crew that came to our house was friendly and did a good job. They responded to our request promptly as well, which was appreciated. We were also happy with the price of the service. The one area where there is some room for improvement is communication from the head office regarding exact booking times. It would have been helpful if they could have told us more precisely when they would be coming. Other than that, the service was great.

Heavy rain has flooded my son’s bedroom in the Basement apt. from an open window while we were at work. Our son has allergies, so they used green solutions and allergy-free products. My son was very happy to have his room back. We are so happy that we let this be handled by professionals.
